Job Description

The Licensed/License Eligible Outpatient Therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc.) is responsible for direct clinical and therapeutic services, to individuals, family and/or group with emotional, behavioral, and mental health disorders. Services provided are determined by the completion of a psychosocial assessment and an established plan of care that optimizes client outcomes and supports functional improvement. The scope of services may include psychosocial intervention, education, therapy, collaboration with clinical specialist and coordination with community resources as well as coordinated discharge planning. Additionally, the Licensed/License Eligible Outpatient Therapist is expected to participate in strategy planning including opportunities to expand and/or enhances programs and serviced offered.

Qualifications:

  • Master's (Required)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker
  • LMFT
  • LPC
  • Licensed Clinical Psychologist

We're seeking:

Therapists fully licensed/license eligible and credentialed in Virginia (LPC, LCSW, LMFT). Experienced in working with adult, and/or child and adolescent populations.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger handle, feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is generally not exposed to weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
