Job Description:

Works together with the kitchen team members in order to produce the highest quality food in the fastest amount of time. This Team Member helps reach the restaurant’s vision.

Restaurant Vision:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Prepare each food item following exact Chick-fil-A recipes
  • Ensures quality and freshness
  • Practices food safety
• Ensure each order gets complete under 1 minute
• Keeps restaurant clean throughout shift
  • No trash on the floor
  • No crumbs on the counters
  • Trash cans not overflowing
• Practices cost efficiency for food and paper items
• Able to work at least 3 Saturday’s each month
• Candididate must be at least 16 years of age
