COO Randallia at Parkview Health – Fort Wayne, Indiana

Must have a Bachelors degree in Hospital Administration Business Administration or other healthcare related field. Masters degree required. Must have a minimum of five to seven years progressive management experience within healthcare including responsibility for site operations and/or program/service line leadership. Must demonstrate ability to build and maintain relationships and ensure operational success at Parkview Hospital Randallia. Proven ability to lead both personnel and physicians in a direction that fulfills the mission and goals of PH as well as the ability to plan implement and evaluate change. Must work well with community and professional organizations in representing Parkview Hospital. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
