Lead Generator Marketing Assistant at Fusion Health – Sandy, Utah

The Marketing Consultant/Lead Generator will work directly with Staffing Consultants in order to attract potential qualified providers for locum tenens opportunities with Fusion Healthcare Staffing clients. Ideal candidates have an interest in transitioning to a Sales Representative in 6-12 months.

• Send mass texts and emails to providers for locum tenens opportunities available with Fusion Healthcare Staffing.
• Communicate effectively and in a timely manner with potential providers to answer any questions regarding job opportunities.
• Pass qualified candidates to Staffing Consultants.
• Manage reporting on lead generation using Excel.
• Strategize weekly with leaders to determine new and innovative ways to attract potential providers.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Ability to identify and properly adjust priorities on a continuous basis.
• Ability to take instruction from multiple sources and to manage deliverables accordingly.
• Exceptional judgment and active foresight.
• Ability to quickly learn modern technologies, programs, and applications.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft office.
• Salesforce experience preferred.
• Prior experience in a sales or lead generation role preferred.

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Some travel may be required.
