Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud Payroll Consultant with strong functional and technical expertise in Oracle Payroll Cloud. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering end-to-end payroll implementations and providing post-production support for enterprise clients, specifically for US and/or Middle East payroll. This role requires deep knowledge of payroll processes, strong hands-on experience with Fast Formulas and BI Publisher (BIP) reports, and the ability to work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and deliver Oracle Cloud Payroll implementations as a primary payroll consultant
  • Configure and support US and/or Middle East payroll processes in Oracle HCM Cloud
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into functional payroll solutions
  • Design, develop, and maintain Payroll Fast Formulas for complex business scenarios
  • Develop and customize BI Publisher (BIP) reports for payroll reporting needs
  • Perform payroll configurations including elements, balances, costing, and statutory compliance
  • Support payroll processing cycles, including troubleshooting errors and ensuring accuracy
  • Provide production support and resolve payroll-related issues within SLA timelines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, IT) for seamless integration
  • Prepare and maintain functional documentation, including BRDs, FDDs, and test scripts
  • Support UAT, SIT, and payroll parallel runs to ensure successful deployment
  • Ensure compliance with local payroll regulations (US/Middle East)


Qualifications

  • B.S. degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience
  • 8–10 years of overall experience in Oracle HCM, with strong focus on Oracle Payroll Cloud
  • Hands-on experience in at least 2 end-to-end payroll implementations (US and/or Middle East) as a primary resource
  • Experience in minimum 3 support/AMS projects for payroll
  • Strong expertise in Payroll Fast Formulas (writing, debugging, and optimization)
  • Experience in developing BI Publisher (BIP) reports
  • In-depth understanding of payroll processes, legislation, and compliance requirements
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and client-facing experience
