Key Responsibilities
Perform rough and finish carpentry work, including framing, stairs, and decking, roofing, tile installation, and handrailing
Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
Install doors, frames, hardware, and miscellaneous trim
Framing docks and elevated decks with precision
Assist with crane signals and rigging as needed
Maintain a clean and organized job site
Follow all safety protocols and communicate effectively with team members
Work outdoors in a range of seasonal and weather conditions
Travel to job sites within a 50-mile radius of Troutman, NC

Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of carpentry or construction experience
High school diploma or GED required
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to safely operate a boat is preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Comfortable with heights and working over water
A General Contractor's license is a plus, but not required

Schedule
Full-Time
