About the Role:

The Accounts Receivable Specialist plays a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of the organization by ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices. This position is responsible for managing customer accounts, processing payments, and reconciling discrepancies to minimize financial risk. The specialist will work closely with the sales and customer service teams to resolve billing issues and enhance customer satisfaction. By analyzing accounts receivable data, the specialist will contribute to forecasting cash flow and identifying trends that may impact the business. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in finance or accounting preferred.
• Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role.
