Job Title: Head of Construction Sales & Market Development

Location: North Scottsdale, AZ (Located off of East Bell Road and the 101)

Compensation: Dependent on Experience

Employment Type: Full Time with Benefits (Medical, Life, Dental, Vision, and 401k)

Schedule: On-Site Monday through Friday. No nights, no weekends, and no major holidays!

About the Role:

We are building a new vertical in construction and expanding our services externally. We are seeking an experienced construction sales leader with a proven track record of generating business and building strong industry relationships.

This individual will play a foundational role in shaping the division's growth strategy. You will drive external sales, develop market opportunities, and help define the structure and strategy of the business as it expands.

This is a unique opportunity to help build a new division from the ground up while benefiting from the stability and support of an established organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive external construction sales, identifying and securing new contracts and partnerships.
• Lead early-stage sales efforts, including outreach, relationship building, estimating coordination, and proposal development.
• Leverage existing professional networks to generate immediate business opportunities.
• Collaborate with leadership to help design and implement the division's marketing and growth strategy.
• Identify market opportunities and positioning strategies for the company's construction services.
• As the division grows, build and lead a sales team, help establish processes and structure for long term success.

Qualifications:

• Proven success in construction sales, business development, or project acquisition.
• Demonstrated ability to generate new contracts and build strong client relationships.
• Experience collaborating with marketing or leadership teams on growth strategy.
• Strong industry network with the ability to create business opportunities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with enthusiasm for building and scaling a new business unit.
