Plumbing Foreman

Plumbing Field Foreman Lead Commercial Crew Operations and Installation

  • Company: Feddon Mechanical LLC.

  • Salary/Pay Rate: $75,000 - $82,000 per year (plus Year-End Bonus).

  • Location: Pinellas Park, FL.

  • Job/Employment Type: Full-Time.

  • Schedule: Monday Friday (Overtime required).

  • Project Scope: Plumbing (Commercial, Industrial, Government or Federal)

  • Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: None Required.

You will serve as a vital field leader, bridging the gap between project plans and high-quality physical execution. This is a working leadership role where you will mentor a dedicated crew while maintaining the "gold standard" of craftsmanship that Feddon Mechanical is known for. You will have the autonomy to drive daily production for a company that treats its employees like family and values follow-through above all else.

How You Will Make an Impact
  • Lead and supervise plumbing crews to ensure the safe and productive execution of commercial projects.

  • Direct daily workflow by assigning tasks based on project priorities, schedule demands, and crew strengths.

  • Oversee hands-on installations of domestic water, sanitary, vent, storm, and natural gas systems.

  • Perform detailed field layouts and verify dimensions to ensure work aligns perfectly with blueprints.

  • Conduct site readiness assessments to identify potential constraints or coordination issues before work begins.

  • Mentor apprentices and mechanics through on-the-job coaching to build a stronger, more skilled team.

  • Enforce rigorous safety and quality standards to prevent rework and maintain a hazard-free jobsite.

Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional plumbing experience in a commercial construction environment.

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

  • Proven ability to read and interpret complex blueprints, specifications, and submittals.

  • Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift 50 pounds and navigate active construction sites.

  • Valid drivers license with a record that meets company insurance standards.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a Foreman or crew leadership capacity.

  • Extensive experience with healthcare, education, or high-density new construction projects.

  • Experience working with Med Gas systems

  • Proficiency using construction technology and project management software such as Procore.

  • Current OSHA safety certifications.
