About This Position
We are a Tampa-based real estate investment company hiring an Entry-Level Acquisition Specialist.
This role is designed for early-career professionals who are confident on the phone, sharp with technology, and motivated by performance.
You will speak directly with homeowners through phone, text, and email. Your job is to guide conversations, ask the right questions, and move qualified sellers forward in a structured, fast-paced environment.
You do not need prior real estate experience. We provide the training, systems, and coaching. What matters is your ability to execute, stay consistent, and improve.

Compensation:$55,000 - $75,000
Responsibilities:- Speak with homeowners to understand their situation and goals
- Control and guide conversations using a proven call framework
- Deliver a professional, high-quality experience on every interaction
- Accurately track all calls, notes, and follow-ups in our CRM
- Stay organized and manage a pipeline of active conversations
- Meet daily and weekly activity targets (calls, conversations, follow-ups)
- Participate in coaching, call reviews, and ongoing skill development
- Consistently follow the process while improving speed and quality
- Early-career professional (0–5 years of experience)
- Comfortable being on the phone for a significant portion of the day
- Experience working toward KPIs, metrics, or performance goals
- Strong verbal communication skills and professional presence
- Comfortable using CRM systems and multiple software tools
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation habits
- Coachable, accountable, and consistent
- Competitive mindset with a desire to improve and win
