Job Description
Pinyon, the newest concept from Hi Noon Hospitality, brings the coastal flavors and welcoming spirit of the Mediterranean to Old Town Scottsdale. Just opening in the Fall 2025, the restaurant delivers vibrant, alfresco dining overlooking the park, complete with house-made pita, open-flame grilled specialties, seasonal salads, crudos, spreads, and dips inspired by over 20 Mediterranean countries.
As a Server at Pinyon, you are a guide to our guests' experience. You'll deliver genuine hospitality, showcase your knowledge of our food and beverage offerings, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-service environment. We're looking for polished, energetic professionals who can balance attentiveness, efficiency, and exceptional guest service.

Day in the Life:
• Welcome guests warmly and set the tone for an exceptional dining experience
• Guide guests through the menu, highlighting flavors, ingredients, and beverage pairings
• Collaborate in a team-service environment to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Take orders accurately and process payments efficiently using Toast POS
• Deliver food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns with professionalism and care
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of service stations and dining areas
• Stay composed, efficient, and guest-focused during high-volume service periods
• Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house team members to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
• Previous serving experience in a high-volume, upscale restaurant strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails, or a willingness to learn quickly
• Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Polished, professional demeanor with a guest-first mindset
• Team-oriented attitude and collaborative approach to service
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout a shift
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 25–30 pounds as needed
• Ability to safely carry multiple food and beverage items, including navigating stairs
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
