JOB DESCRIPTION- SERVER

As a server at Volanti, you are the face of our restaurant and responsible for our customers experiences. Volanti is a fast-paced environment where you will be communicating with our guests to build lasting relationships and provide an experience they will never forget. Having a desire to expand your knowledge of our offerings and be creative with your recommendations, using suggestive selling where appropriate. You work quickly, love being part of a team, and can solve problems in stride.

Responsibilities

Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order

Greet all guests with a smile upon arrival at table

Present menu and answer questions

Take orders and make recommendations

Manage tables paying attention to cleanliness and order

Bills and accept payment

Listen to complaints or problems with a positive attitude

Always Work together as a team with entire staff Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff

Requirements

Proven restaurant serving or waitering experience

Hands-on experience in cashier duties

Attention to cleanliness and safety

Patience and customer-oriented approach

Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude

Responsible and trustworthy
