- Monitor and maintain data integrations between PayDay, Workday, ADP, and other enterprise systems to ensure smooth and accurate operations.
- Collaborate with Finance, HR, Centers of Excellence, and operational teams to ensure accuracy in labor allocations, billing, and reimbursable status processes.
- Support recurring payroll and financial processes, ensuring timely execution and integration management across upstream and downstream systems.
- Manage and monitor key interfaces including Workday-to-PayDay, PayDay-to-Workday back-feed, PayDay-to-O2C, and ADP integrations.
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 operational support related to core PayDay and payroll accounting processes.
- Analyze end-to-end business impacts of payroll and ERP processes to identify operational risks, dependencies, and optimization opportunities.
- Partner with process owners and governance teams to recommend continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and system effectiveness.
- Maintain and update process maps, standard operating procedures, training documentation, and workflow dependencies across finance and payroll operations.
- Assist with data migration validation, reporting governance, and system reconciliation activities.
- Drive consistency and process standardization by sharing best practices across global teams and functional stakeholders.
- Participate in cross-functional optimization projects involving PeopleSoft 9.2 modules and related enterprise applications.
- Support operational reporting, issue resolution, and process improvement efforts within a global matrix organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3–8 years of relevant experience working with payroll systems, ERP platforms, or financial operations.
- Strong experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 and related modules, particularly Payroll Accounting.
- Familiarity with Workday, ADP, and enterprise payroll integrations is highly desirable.
- Experience working with global, remote, or virtual teams in matrix organizational structures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and process accuracy.
- Ability to understand and manage complex business process interdependencies across multiple systems.
- Comfortable working with structured, detailed operational processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and reporting tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are considered an advantage.
- High level of energy, ownership, and accountability with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining operational quality and consistency.
- Experience documenting workflows, SOPs, process maps, and governance structures is preferred.
