Padres Baseball & Softball Camps is hiring Camp Medical Staff (EMT / Nurse) to oversee camper health and safety at our East County camp locationand others.

This is a strong opportunity for healthcare-focused candidates to gain hands-on patient care and emergency response experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site first aid and medical support
• Respond to injuries and medical needs
• Manage medications and allergy care plans
• Maintain health documentation and incident reports
• Monitor overall camp safety and wellness

Qualifications

• EMT, nursing student, or healthcare background preferred
• CPR/AED and First Aid certified
• Strong interest in healthcare or emergency response
• Reliable, calm, and professional

Schedule & Location

• MondayFriday (~8-hour days)
• Must be able to commute to Santee and surrounding camplocations

Compensation

• $23.50/hour
