STATUS: Full Time
LOCATION: Clifton Springs- 2 Coulter Road, Clifton Springs, NY 14432
DEPARTMENT: Chemical Dependency
SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday, (Flexible Hours)
SUMMARY
Management duties for all Chemical Dependency Services to include: Inpatient Rehab unit, Outpatient clinics and Residences.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree required in Health Science, Psychology, Social Work or the alike in a Human Service field
OR
- Associates Degree in Human Services field plus 10 years of relevant work experience
- Five to Seven years Behavioral Health experience
Required Licensure / Certification Skills:
OASAS Qualified Health Professional.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performs management duties in relationship to staff, including sign off on time cards, scheduling of staff hours, and enforcement of personnel policies.
- Participates in the development, implementation, and monitoring of annual program goals.
- Manages the recruitment and hiring of staff.
- Manages the day to day program clinic, unit or residential operation and schedule.
- Implements staff development and program initiatives.
- Ensures that functional efficient processes occur relative to patient admission, discharges and referral.
- Manages FTE levels and expenses within budget.
- Complete all required documentation in a timely and comprehensive manner.
- Pursues personal and professional growth using internal and external resources.
- Provides supervision/consultation for staff and provides direction, feedback and positive support to supervisors.
- Completes QI and UR reports in a timely manner and participates in QI and Utilization Review processes.
- Computer keyboard skills and ability to utilize computers to record activities, access necessary data and reports.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: S - Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.

PAY RANGE: $70,000.00 - $102,000.00
The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, clinical licensure date, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
