About the Role
The HR Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Human Resources department with a strong focus on HR data management and HRIS administration. This role oversees the accuracy, integrity, and maintenance of team member data across systems, manages document tracking, and ensures compliance with data governance standards. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and data-savvy, with strong analytical skills, the ability to maintain confidentiality, and the capacity to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners to support data-driven HR operations.

Your Key Contributions
- Review and respond to HR service tickets, ensuring timely and accurate resolution
- Process employment verification requests in compliance with company and regulatory standards
- Perform bulk uploads and mass data updates within the HRIS to support workforce changes
- Ensure employee schedule and job changes are accurately reflected in the HRIS and aligned with county, state, and company policy guidelines
- Validate and track completed team member documents related to compensation and title changes or separate policy notifications
- Conduct regular audits of HRIS data to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity
- Support benefits administration through audits, invoicing review, and reconciliation with benefits providers
- Perform 401(k) contribution audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with ERISA
- Coordinate with benefits brokers and vendors to resolve issues, update workers’ compensation policies, and support policy maintenance
- Maintain employee records and documentation in accordance with data privacy and retention requirements

What Makes You a Great Fit
- High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Data Analytics or related field preferred
- 1-3 years experience in HR, with Job description creation, preferably with a US based company
- Applicable Certification or 2+ years experience in HR Administration, HR Analytics and Reporting, or HR Compliance
- Hands on experience maintaining and updating employee data in HRIS
- Experience auditing HR and/or benefit data for accuracy and compliance
- Exposure to benefits administration processes
- Experience handling confidential employee data and documentation
Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST.

The pay range for this role is:
8.20 - 10.70 USD per hour(Remote)
