Job Summary:
The Business Partner provides operational, strategic and consultative human resources services to staff and leadership, including recruitment, employee relations, workforce planning, benefits and compensation for assigned client groups,
She/he/they establish and maintain effective partnering relationships with client groups to ensure their goals and objectives related to human resources are achieved,
The Business Partner assists in the delivery of Human Resources services to all customers including human resources staff,
The position completes required reporting and oversees onsite programs as applicable,
She/he/they assist with special projects as required,
Job Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field required
3-5 years HR Business Partner/Generalist experience required
Previous healthcare experience strongly preferred
Experience with HRIS, talent management and applicant tracking systems required
Ability to provide for the confidential treatment of all communications and records required
Must be adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve programs in a timely manner
Must possess strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally, as to communicate with employees, members of the HR team, HR client groups, and in group presentations and meetings
Must be able to effectively read and interpret information, present numerical data in a resourceful manner, and skillfully gather and analyze information
Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities to use time efficiently with minimum supervision
Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality
Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to direction, and must be open to ongoing coaching and feedback
Proficiency with MS Office required
Intermediate level skills in Excel with data analytics experience preferred
Experience with PeopleSoft strongly preferred
