About the Role

This position allows you to partner with other team members and key stakeholders to provide Incredible Customer Experiences of your own! Duties and responsibilities may include:
- Assist Financial Advisors as the primary liaison for wealth management client onboarding and Ameriprise online/mobile functionality; support account setup, trade execution, fund processing, and client service requests while ensuring all required forms are accurately completed and compliant with regulatory standards.
- Work directly with clients to execute and document action items, and maintain updated, compliant forms – including business, insurance, and annuity applications, and Beneficiary/POA documentation in accordance with broker-dealer requirements.
- Assist with marketing efforts by coordinating requests between IncredibleWealth and Ameriprise Financial Marketing Departments for materials such as brochures, market letters, statement stuffers, advertising, and sales literature to ensure broker-dealer compliance and maintain the practice website.
- Coordinate client events such as appreciation gatherings and educational seminars; prepare and send administrative notes or letters on personal letterhead and manage client appreciation activities.
- Provides technology support for broker-dealer websites and applications on behalf of Financial Advisors across all vendor operating systems; collaborate with bank’s IT Department and Ameriprise Systems team to troubleshoot technical issues and ensure seamless functionality of the Client Secure Portal (CSP).
- Manage database updates for new clients and referrals, including revisions and corrections for accounts transferred between Financial Advisors; facilitates and support all client communications related to account transfers.
- Provide guidance and recommendations to Financial Advisors on effectively leveraging key social media tools (MOD, Go Social, Advisor website, etc.) to enhance engagement and drive practice growth.
- Pull and compile reports from Thomson ONE and the Client Secure Portal (CSP); prepare and deliver monthly reporting IncredibleWealth leadership and Ameriprise; run all automated rebalancing and audit reports to verify data accuracy and support streamlined processes.
- Coordinates Secure Online Website/Client Portal webinars for current and prospective clients; serve as the main technology contact during onboarding to ensure a smooth setup and user experience.
- Assist Financial Advisors by collecting client data and accurately enter into financial planning software.
- Train new Advisors and support staff on Ameriprise systems and functionality; partner with Advisors to educate and guide IncredibleBank sales teams on effective cross-selling strategies to drive portfolio growth for IncredibleBank and IncredibleWealth.
This is a regular full-time hourly non-exempt position, averaging approximately 40 hours/week. Schedule may vary between the hours of 8:00 am to 5:30 pm CST Monday through Friday.
This position will work on-site at our IncredibleBank branch location on 17th Avenue in Wausau, WI.

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting preferred and 3+ years equivalent combination of education or experience.
- Previous financial sales experience or exposure preferred.
- Previous experience and working knowledge with broker dealer - Ameriprise Financial, preferred.
- Demonstrates confidence, perseverance, and a strong drive to achieve results.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and active listening communication skills.
- Proven ability to deliver superior customer service and build lasting client relationships.
- Advanced organizational, planning, and prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
