Licensed Practical Nurse – Critical Care Unit

As an LPN in the Critical Care Unit, you'll provide hands-on nursing care while working collaboratively with registered nurses, providers, and the interdisciplinary care team.

This role offers an opportunity to use your nursing skills in a challenging environment while continuing to grow professionally.

What You'll Do

• Provide nursing care within your scope of practice.
• Assess and monitor assigned patients and report changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments according to established policies.
• Assist with activities of daily living and patient comfort.
• Obtain vital signs and other clinical information.
• Support nurses and providers with patient-care activities.
• Provide patient and family education within your scope of practice.
• Accurately document patient care.
• Communicate changes and concerns promptly to the RN and healthcare team.
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and quality standards.

What We're Looking For

• Graduate of an approved practical nursing program.
• Current Wisconsin LPN license.
• Current BLS/CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-acuity environment.

Pay & Benefits

$24.00 - $35.50 per hour. | Differentials available for PMs, Nights & Weekends.

Pay is based on experience.
