The Position: We are looking for a Branch Manager to join the team!
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3 years of management and customer service experience
- Healthcare experience a plus
Overview:
- The Branch Manager, under the direct supervision of the Field Operations Director, will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the assigned office(s) and warehouse location(s).
Below are additional key functions and skills for this opportunity:
- Oversight and support of operations for designated office
- Drive team performance through organization and planning
- Ensure that office is operating at the highest possible standards by following all processes and procedures
- Oversee the management of inventory levels
- Lend support to local personnel for compliance of office operations
- Assist with interviewing and training
- Manage overall performance of all direct reports
