About This Position
Position Description: SUMMARY
The HR Technology Analyst supports the day-to-day configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the organizations HRIS platform in a multi-client PEO environment. This role focuses on accurate system setup, ongoing support, reporting, and data integrity, working closely with internal teams to ensure HR and operational processes are efficient, compliant, and scalable. The HR Technology Analyst plays a key role in delivering a consistent and reliable system experience for both internal users and clients.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
HR TECHNOLOGY CONFIGURATION & MAINTENANCE
Execute initial and ongoing client system setup across the HR technology ecosystem, configuring employee data, organizational structures, security roles, workflows, and related platform components in alignment with defined standards.
Maintain and enhance system configurations, tables, rules, and automations to support client changes, regulatory requirements, and evolving operational processes.
Perform routine system audits, data validation, and configuration reviews to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance.
Design, develop, and maintain advanced reports, dashboards, and data outputs to support operational, compliance, and client decision needs.
Support year-end and cyclical system activities, including testing, validation, and execution of assigned project tasks within established timelines.
HR TECHNOLOGY SUPPORT & ISSUE RESOLUTION
Provide day-to-day support across HR technology platforms for internal teams and external clients, meeting established SLAs.
Troubleshoot system and data issues, perform root cause analysis, document resolutions, and partner with vendors or technical teams on complex escalations.
Maintain system documentation, process maps, job aids, and internal knowledge resources to ensure consistency, scalability, and redundancy.
Contribute to continuous improvement of standard operating procedures and support models.
PROJECT & CROSS-FUNCTIONAL SUPPORT
Support HR technology initiatives including implementations, enhancements, integrations, and process improvement efforts.
Partner with Payroll, Benefits, HR, and Operations teams to ensure accurate configurations and reliable downstream processing across connected systems.
Assist with metrics reporting and ad hoc data requests, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with reporting standards.
EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelors degree in a systems-related technical or business field, or equivalent experience.
25 years of experience supporting HR technology, HRIS, or enterprise systems in an operational environment.
Preferred: Experience supporting HR systems within a PEO or multi-client environment.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Experience configuring HR technology platforms and supporting complex, cross-functional workflows.
Familiarity with system integrations, data flows, APIs, or automation tools.
Experience developing reports, dashboards, and metrics for operational and client use.
Strong attention to detail, deadlines, and process consistency.
Analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Reliable, accountable, and quality-focused.
Collaborative, service-oriented, and relationship driven.
TOOLS, EQUIPMENT, AND SOFTWARE
Proficient with Windows PC, Microsoft Office, and Outlook.
Familiarity with HRIS platforms and associated HR systems.
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Hybrid work arrangement with required in-office collaboration.
Primarily indoor office environment with extended periods of sitting.
Frequent use of a computer and visual display.
No unusual physical requirements.
