About This Position
Summary
The VP Integrated Residential/Support leads the creation, development, and long‑term operation of new residential facilities serving individuals with developmental delays. Combines strategic vision, operational leadership, regulatory expertise, and a deep commitment to person‑centered care. Oversees all phases of the projects — from location identification, initial planning, and licensing to staffing, program development, community partnerships, and ongoing quality assurance.
Education
Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree in Social Work, Public Administration, Special Education, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent experience preferred.
Experience
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in developmental disability services, residential programs, human services or non-profit leadership. Demonstrated experience with program development, regulatory compliance, and staff leadership.

Strong understanding of Medicaid waiver programs, person‑centered planning, and other funding sources. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
