Position Summary

The Contract Coordinator supports contract setup, billing coordination, and client onboarding activities while partnering closely with internal teams across Finance, Purchasing, and Operations. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a commitment to delivering excellent service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review incoming contracts and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness
  • Set up and maintain client contract files and records
  • Enter contract details, pricing, and product information into the ERP system
  • Coordinate with Purchasing on product requirements for new and pending clients
  • Submit lease applications and act as a liaison between lease partners and clients
  • Support client onboarding, including welcome communications and documentation
  • Upload client invoices to customer portals and assist with billing coordination
  • Assist with past‑due accounts by contacting clients regarding outstanding balances
  • Provide backup administrative support across the operations and finance teams as needed
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in contract coordination, contract administration, or administrative support
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer‑service focused and comfortable working cross‑functionally
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ERP experience preferred

The pay range for this role is:
25 - 29 USD per hour(Seattle)
