Prepare patients for orthodontic exams and treatmentsAssist the orthodontist during proceduresTake and process digital radiographs (including panoramic images)Take impressions, scans, and orthodontic recordsPlace and remove orthodontic appliances and assist with adjustments (training provided as needed)Provide patient and parent education on oral hygiene, appliance care, and treatment plansDocument clinical notes accurately in patient chartsReview and manage schedules to ensure appropriate appointment flowSet up and break down operatories before and after proceduresClean, sterilize, and maintain instruments and equipment in compliance with OSHA standardsPerform basic lab work and assist with appliance preparationRestock supplies in operatories and sterilization areasSupport patient consultations and follow-up schedulingMaintain infection control standards and office cleanlinessParticipate in office events, celebrations, and community service projectsWe offer a fun and fast-paced work environment with flexible work hours, competitive salaries and excellent benefits packages.
