Job Summary:

The Assistant Director of Operations (Non-Clinical) is responsible for the business decisions and strategic planning for Operations and areas of accountability as well as ensuring that the goals of the practitioners, the facility vision, patient needs, and budgetary constraints are all in alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with program oversight for: all Operations processes, procedures, and accountability organization wide.
  • Serves with Director team in operations projects.
  • Promotes effective working relations and work effectively as part of a team to facilitate the Clinic’s ability to meet its goals and objectives.
  • Attains all agreed goals and objectives within specified time frames, as part of the Clinic’s overall mission.
  • Responsibly follows the Clinic Exposure Control Plans/Bloodborne and Airborne Pathogens.
  • Demonstrates respect and regard for the dignity of all patients, families, visitors, and fellow employees to ensure a professional, responsible, and courteous environment.
  • Promotes the education and development of students, interns, residents, apprentices, and other new staff by sharing expertise, responding to questions, and fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.
  • All other duties as assigned.
