Salary Range: $15.25/hour - $16.75/hour
Shifts Available:
3rd shift 12a - 830a Tuesday - Saturday
3rd shift 12a - 830a Sunday - Thursday
3rd shift 10p - 830a Friday - Monday

Job Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Resident Assistants to join our Client Services Department. In this role, you will provide essential support to clients, ensure their safety, and help create a therapeutic and welcoming environment as they work toward recovery.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with daily living activities, including meals, group activities, and outings.
Conduct regular client observations every 15 minutes to ensure safety and accountability.
Perform safety rounds, unit checks, and contraband searches during admissions and facility visits.
Facilitate client transitions, orientations, and discharge protocols.
Support therapeutic activities and report observations to nursing staff, Clinical Supervisors, and Counselors.
Accurately document rounds, safety checks, and client interactions in shift logs.
Respond effectively to emergency situations, using verbal de-escalation techniques.
Monitor and assist with client inventory and ensure safety during admissions and searches.
Attend in-service training, seminars, and educational sessions as required.

Required Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
Experience: 1-3 years in a healthcare or related field preferred but not required.
Licensure/Certification: CPR certification required (provided during the first week of employment).

Strong communication and observational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and potentially challenging environment.
