Crouse’s Health Foundation team is hiring an Assistant. This is a part-time, temporary position for a one-year duration.
Pay Range: $25.00/hour
Schedule(s): Part Time, Monday-Friday: 12:00pm-4:00pm
Assistant Position Responsibilities:
- The Part-Time Assistant will provide essential support to the Director of Development and Marketing at the Crouse Health Foundation.
- This role is ideal for a creative, organized individual who enjoys working on a variety of projects.
- Responsibilities include assisting with development initiatives, coordinating social media efforts in partnership with Crouse Hospital’s Communications team, contributing ideas to engage younger audiences, and supporting events as needed.
- Collaborate with the Director of Communications at Crouse Hospital to coordinate and schedule social media posts across platforms.
- Develop creative ideas for campaigns and content that engage younger audiences and promote Foundation initiatives.
- Monitor engagement and provide feedback on trends and opportunities.
- Assist with planning and execution of fundraising campaigns and special projects.
- Help prepare marketing materials, presentations, and outreach content.
- Support donor stewardship activities at an organizational level.
- Provide assistance during Foundation events, including setup, coordination, and on-site support.
- Help with event logistics and promotional efforts.
- Offer project-based assistance to the Director of Development and Marketing.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions for marketing and engagement strategies.
Assistant Position Requirements:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with social media platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Creativity and an interest in engaging diverse audiences, including younger demographics.
- Experience in marketing, communications, or event support preferred.
