About This Position
HELM is now hiring a District Operations Manager (DOM) (Virtual Business Center) to manage 10 – 15+ District Managers (DM) and oversee operations and deliverables for their region of ~350 Chrysler, Dodge Jeep and Ram dealerships. The DOM will ensure productivity and performance if their assigned DMs, set priorities for the DMs and assist in their achievement:
Responsibilities:
- Form strong working relationships with the District Manager (DM) team.
- Consult with DMs regarding their monthly progress on priorities.
- Hire, coach, train and develop the District Manager
- Track Sales, Service, Parts and Customer Experience priorities and provide reporting to the DM team as necessary.
- Assist the VBC Director in the creation and implementation of go-to-market strategies.
- Ensure monthly vehicle allocation and sales objectives are achieved.
- Increase penetration and loyalty to Mopar parts, accessories and service contracts.
- Ensure dealer participation in key national marketing campaigns as requested by Stellantis corporate.
- Assist dealerships with warranty claim, customer care cases and buy-back escalation.
- Ensure awareness and activation on monthly promotions, programs, campaigns, etc.
Location: Plymouth, MI – Hybrid schedule of 2 days work from home and 3 days in the office.
Requirements:Travel Requirement: This is a fully virtual role but travel to dealers or conferences may be required at times.
Education/Experience: College degree in related discipline or a minimum 5 years’ experience is strongly preferred.
