Job SummaryWe are seeking a reliable and compassionate Pediatric Medical Assistant to join our practice. The ideal candidate enjoys working with children, communicates well with parents, and thrives in a fast-paced clinical setting.

ResponsibilitiesGreet patients and families in a warm and professional manner

Room patients and obtain vital signs (height, weight, temperature, pulse, BP)

Administer immunizations and medications as directed

Prepare exam rooms and maintain a clean, safe environment

Document patient information accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR)

Phone triage patient care calls

Provide patient and parent education under provider guidance

QualificationsMedical Assistant certification preferred (CMA, RMA, or equivalent)

Previous pediatric experience strongly preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy office

CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)

EMR experience a plus
