About This Position

Description:

The Account Manager is responsible for driving exceptional performance by keeping in constant communication with service providers across the US, communicating quickly and effectively with the Senior Account Manager, and holding service providers accountable for usage of service tracking software. The Account Manager reports to the Senior Account Manager.

Role Objective: Build and maintain relationships with exterior maintenance service providers across the U.S. to ensure properties are upheld to the client’s standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Heavy focused on procuring service partners throughout the season.
  • Manage service providers.
  • Communicating with service providers to facilitate client needs.
  • Building relationships with service providers based on trust and respect.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment.
  • Collecting and approving service provider invoices to Finance.
  • Communicating with Finance team on invoicing discrepancies.
  • Maintaining updated knowledge of company services.
  • Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
  • Identifying industry trends.
  • Acting as a service provider's advocate with a focus on improving the service expectation.
  • Maintaining service provider’s access and usage of service tracking software.
  • Additional duties as required for the needs of the business.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Thrives in high performance, fast-paced environments.
  • Proficient with computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office.
  • Exceptional verbal, listening, and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data.
  • Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
  • After-hours are required as needed during the winter season.
  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.
