Key Responsibilities of a Catering & Suites Attendant:

- Greet guests warmly and assist with their needs during events

- Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner, adhering to safety and quality standards

- Set up and clean dining areas, including tables, chairs, and serving stations

- Ensure all food and beverage service areas are maintained in a clean and organized manner

- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly

- Assist with event setup and breakdown as required

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of private suite areas

- Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive service to enhance their experience

- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely delivery of orders

- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues efficiently and courteously

- Uphold the venue’s standards of cleanliness, safety, and confidentiality

- Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures

Skills and Qualifications:

- Must be 18 or older due to handling alcohol (Suite attendants only)

- Previous experience in catering, hospitality, or food service preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail, professional appearance and organizational skills

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
