Job Description

Imagen is seeking a full-time, board-certified Diagnostic Radiologist with expertise in Breast Imaging to join our onsite team supporting a leading multi-specialty outpatient group in Knoxville, TN. This role offers the opportunity to practice comprehensive breast imaging in a non-hospital, physician-led environment, supported by a collegial clinical team, advanced imaging technology, and a strong referral network across East Tennessee.

Your Day-to-Day
  • Perform ultrasound and MRI-guided breast biopsies
  • Interpret diagnostic mammography and breast ultrasound studies
  • Participate in multidisciplinary conferences and quality initiatives
  • Serve as a clinical leader for breast imaging excellence within the outpatient setting

What You Bring
  • ABR-certified (or equivalent); fellowship training in Breast Imaging preferred but not required
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for building and expanding a growing onsite breast imaging program
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Active Tennessee medical license (or eligibility to obtain one)
  • Commitment to patient-centered care in an outpatient environment

Top-performing Imagen radiologists can earn up to $800,000 annually. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.

CompensationThe base pay range for this role is $400,000 – $800,000 per year.
