**At Home Senior Living of Thomson is hiring a Resident Service Director**

Are you a compassionate, experienced nurse leader who is passionate about providing exceptional care to seniors? We are looking for an **LPN or RN*
* to lead our Resident Care Department and help ensure our residents receive the highest quality of care in a warm, welcoming environment.

What You’ll Do:

* Lead, organize, and oversee the Resident Care Department

* Ensure compliance with state, federal, and community regulations

* Oversee medication management, physician orders, appointments, care plans, and resident services

* Develop and manage team schedules and daily assignments

* Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate Resident Care team members

* Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions and documentation

* Oversee incident reporting, infection control, skin care, and quality assurance

* Coordinate resident move-ins, transfers, and move-outs

* Participate in surveys, care plan meetings, committees, and quality improvement initiatives

* Provide hands-on nursing care and support to residents as needed

* Partner with the Community President and leadership team to continuously improve resident care and team performance

What We’re Looking For:

* **Active LPN or RN license required**

* Minimum **1–2 years of experience as a nurse leader in an assisted living community**

* Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

* Knowledge of assisted living regulations and resident care standards

* A compassionate, team-oriented approach

* Someone who leads by example and genuinely enjoys working with seniors
