Director Marketing, Radiology - CT & Xray

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director Marketing, Radiology - CT & Xray based in United States.

This senior marketing leader will shape and execute the US and Canada strategy for a portfolio of CT and X-ray radiology solutions.
The role is responsible for accelerating portfolio growth, strengthening commercial activation, and increasing adoption of innovative imaging technologies.
You will translate customer, clinical, and market insights into compelling positioning, value propositions, campaigns, and content.
Working closely with product, commercial, and global marketing teams, you will connect regional needs with broader portfolio strategies.
The position combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution across digital marketing, demand generation, events, and trade shows.
You will also enable commercial teams with differentiated messaging, competitive insights, and tools that support customer conversations.

Accountabilities
  • Lead and execute the US and Canada growth strategy for the CT and X-ray radiology portfolio, with a focus on customer adoption, commercial activation, and market growth.
  • Develop annual marketing strategies and execute integrated plans in partnership with product managers, marketing colleagues, and commercial stakeholders.
  • Build and deliver integrated marketing programs spanning campaigns, events, demand generation, and digital channels.
  • Generate qualified leads through customer-focused content and channel strategies across SEM, email, social media, inside sales, events, and other relevant platforms.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer, staff, patient, and clinical needs and translate those insights into differentiated campaigns and compelling customer outcomes.
  • Position CT and X-ray solutions effectively by developing customer-centric value propositions, messaging, and content tailored to regional decision-makers.
  • Adapt global marketing materials and create US and Canada-specific content where regional customer needs require differentiated approaches.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute impactful global and regional trade show experiences and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Partner with commercial teams on strategic initiatives and targeted market plays that support portfolio growth and customer acquisition.
  • Establish and monitor marketing KPIs, assess performance, and continuously optimize initiatives using a lean, outcomes-focused approach.
  • Train and enable commercial teams on portfolio value propositions, competitive intelligence, customer insights, and messaging.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation in healthcare portfolio marketing and turn new ideas into high-impact, measurable execution.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Science, Business, Healthcare, or a related field.
  • Experience leading and executing positioning, digital marketing, and go-to-market strategies that deliver measurable customer and business results.
  • Experience developing compelling customer-centric value propositions, marketing content, and commercialization strategies.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or product management within healthcare, medical technology, or technology solutions is preferred.
  • Meaningful exposure to imaging technology and/or nuclear medicine within the medical technology sector is preferred.
  • Strong expertise in market insights, customer understanding, portfolio commercialization, and brand development.
  • Demonstrated success operating in complex, fast-moving, and highly dynamic environments.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to analyze and resolve problems, lead programs and projects, and effectively plan, document, market, and execute initiatives.
  • Established project management capabilities and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
  • Demonstrated creativity and innovation in healthcare portfolio marketing, with the ability to co-create ideas and translate them into effective execution.
  • An MBA or equivalent advanced degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred.
  • Residence near Milwaukee or Chicago may be preferred.
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
