This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr Growth Marketing Lead based in the United States.
The Sr Growth Marketing Lead will drive integrated, multi-channel growth programs designed to generate pipeline, engage target customers, and deliver measurable commercial results.
You will operate at the intersection of demand generation, digital marketing, ABM, marketing automation, and lifecycle marketing.
Working closely with Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations, and Marketing Operations, you will turn strategy into high-impact campaign execution.
The role offers significant ownership across campaign orchestration, audience targeting, Martech activation, and funnel optimization.
You will use performance data to refine campaigns, improve conversion, and accelerate prospects from initial inquiry through qualified opportunity.
This is an execution-focused position suited to a data-driven B2B marketer who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
The role is remote within the United States, with occasional travel of up to 15%.
- Execute integrated, multi-channel demand generation campaigns aligned with pipeline, revenue, and strategic business objectives.
- Build and launch campaigns across email, nurture programs, webinars, paid media, retargeting, ABM, and other digital channels.
- Support always-on marketing programs that increase engagement, accelerate pipeline, and improve conversion throughout the funnel.
- Coordinate campaign timelines, deployment, assets, and execution across internal teams and external agency partners.
- Align campaigns with funnel stages, audience segmentation, account priorities, and commercial goals.
- Execute ABM programs targeting strategic enterprise and high-priority accounts, including segmentation, personalization, targeting, and engagement monitoring.
- Partner with Sales and Sales Operations to connect ABM activities with account priorities and pipeline objectives.
- Operate marketing automation and Martech platforms such as Pardot, Demandbase, Mutiny, Salesforce, or comparable technologies.
- Coordinate campaign deployment, tracking, lead routing, audience management, nurture journeys, and attribution with Marketing Operations.
- Support lead scoring alignment and the development of automated, segmented customer journeys.
- Monitor engagement, MQLs, SQLs, influenced pipeline, conversion rates, ROI, and other campaign performance indicators.
- Identify opportunities for optimization through testing, audience refinement, channel analysis, and performance insights.
- Prepare campaign reports, dashboards, and recommendations for marketing and commercial leadership.
- Contribute to improved funnel visibility, attribution, and performance measurement.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing on positioning, messaging, go-to-market priorities, and campaign strategy.
- Work with digital content teams on campaign assets, landing pages, conversion paths, and customer journeys.
- Partner with Sales Operations on targeting, CRM insights, attribution, and funnel reporting.
- Coordinate with communications and corporate affairs teams to align campaigns with broader brand, events, and thought-leadership initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5–8+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, digital marketing, or B2B pipeline marketing.
- Proven experience executing integrated marketing campaigns with measurable pipeline and commercial impact.
- Strong hands-on experience with marketing automation and Martech platforms such as Pardot, Salesforce, Demandbase, Mutiny, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar tools.
- Demonstrated experience with ABM strategies, nurture programs, lifecycle marketing, and funnel-based campaign execution.
- Solid understanding of lead lifecycle management, marketing attribution, funnel reporting, and pipeline measurement.
- Experience executing digital channels including email, webinars, paid search, paid social, retargeting, and nurture campaigns.
- Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and translate insights into optimization actions.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Communications.
- Highly execution-oriented, detail-focused, commercially minded, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
- Healthcare, diagnostics, biotechnology, medical technology, life sciences, or another related industry background is strongly preferred.
