Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience within the Defense & Intelligence sector, preferably across European or EMEA markets
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Relations, Engineering, Geospatial Studies, or a related field
  • Proven background in partnership management, channel development, or strategic business development involving complex multi-stakeholder environments
  • Strong understanding of defense, intelligence, geospatial, or national security ecosystems and associated market dynamics
  • Experience navigating regional regulatory frameworks, sovereign requirements, and government procurement environments
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business discussions effectively
  • Ability to work collaboratively across international, remote, and cross-functional teams
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly across the EMEA region for partner engagement and industry events
  • Existing network within defense, intelligence, or geospatial sectors is highly valued
  • Additional language skills such as German, French, or Dutch are considered a strong advantage
Benefits:
  • Fully remote work model with flexibility across Europe
  • Competitive compensation package including equity opportunities
  • Generous paid time off, holidays, and company-wide recharge days
  • Home office reimbursement and monthly phone/internet allowance
  • Employee wellness programs and wellbeing initiatives
  • Tuition reimbursement and access to professional learning platforms
  • Opportunity to work with innovative geospatial and space-based technologies
  • Inclusive, mission-driven, and globally collaborative work environment
  • Exposure to meaningful projects supporting security, humanitarian, and environmental initiatives
