This role is focused on designing, developing, and optimizing enterprise solutions using the Pega platform within a highly collaborative, international software development environment. You will contribute to impactful digital transformation initiatives, working on business process management solutions that improve efficiency and scalability across complex systems. The position involves close collaboration with agile teams distributed across multiple regions, requiring strong technical expertise and adaptability. You will play a key role in translating business needs into robust, scalable Pega-based applications. • Design, develop, and implement BPM solutions using the Pega Platform, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with international agile teams, actively participating in Scrum ceremonies and iterative delivery cycles.
• Provide technical support and optimization of Pega-based applications to ensure performance and usability.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues across systems and integrations.
• Document technical developments, configurations, and processes to ensure compliance with quality and governance standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by proposing enhancements to development practices and platform usage.

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related technical fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience working with the Pega Platform.
• Strong knowledge of Pega BPM, application design, and enterprise workflow automation.
• Experience with programming languages such as Java and JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of databases including SQL, Oracle, or SQL Server.
• Familiarity with web services and APIs (SOAP, REST).
• Experience working in Agile environments, particularly Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently in remote, distributed teams.
