This role sits at the intersection of data management, technical documentation, and customer support within a global, science-driven environment. You will play a key part in ensuring accurate, compliant, and high-quality product documentation that supports customers across international markets. Acting as a first point of contact for documentation and quality-related inquiries, you will help maintain trust and transparency between the organization and its clients. The position involves working with structured data systems and regulatory frameworks, ensuring alignment with global standards and certifications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Quality Assurance, Regulatory, Operations, and Customer Service. This is a highly detail-oriented role where precision, responsiveness, and service excellence directly impact business performance and customer satisfaction.
In this role, you will manage the creation, maintenance, and distribution of technical and quality-related documentation while ensuring compliance with global regulatory and food safety standards. You will also support data accuracy and product information management across internal systems and customer-facing platforms.
- Manage customer requests related to technical documentation, quality data, and product information using centralized systems
- Act as the first line of support for documentation and quality inquiries, escalating complex issues when needed
- Create and maintain customer-facing documents such as Certificates of Analysis, product specifications, and compliance statements
- Ensure compliance with standards including ISO, FSSC 22000, GMP, HACCP, and other relevant quality frameworks
- Support regulatory and certification documentation such as Kosher, Halal, export, and product registration requirements
- Maintain and update product master data in systems such as SAP and support product lifecycle changes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, QC, Regulatory, Operations, and Sales to ensure data integrity and customer alignment
The ideal candidate has a strong background in quality, regulatory, or technical documentation environments, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured and fast-paced setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Natural Sciences, Data-related fields, or equivalent professional experience
- Experience in quality assurance, regulatory affairs, customer quality, or related industries (food, pharma, or supplements preferred)
- Familiarity with quality systems and standards such as GMP, HACCP, ISO, or FSSC 22000
- Experience working with enterprise systems such as SAP, Salesforce, or SharePoint (preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify inconsistencies and process improvement opportunities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
