This role combines deep technical expertise with consultative sales execution in the growing ethanol from grains industry. You will act as a key bridge between engineering teams and industrial clients, translating complex technical needs into tailored commercial solutions. Working closely with production managers and technical stakeholders, you will support the entire sales cycle—from identifying opportunities to delivering value-driven proposals and ensuring successful implementation. The position is highly field-oriented and customer-facing, requiring strong analytical thinking, technical fluency, and commercial awareness. You will also contribute to strengthening market presence through technical demonstrations, proof of concepts, and strategic sales support. This is a high-impact role within a specialized industrial segment, where your expertise directly influences customer success and business growth.
In this role, you will act as a technical-commercial specialist supporting clients and internal teams across the full sales cycle in the ethanol from grains sector. You will ensure that technical requirements are accurately translated into effective business solutions.
- Engage directly with industrial clients (engineers and production managers) to identify needs and propose tailored technical solutions.
- Develop and present technical and commercial proposals aligned with client requirements and operational constraints.
- Conduct product demonstrations, technical visits, and proof-of-concept activities to support solution validation.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to develop strategies, materials, and value-based selling approaches.
- Maintain strong post-sales follow-up to ensure client satisfaction, adoption, and long-term relationships.
- Manage CRM systems with accurate documentation of interactions, opportunities, and market insights.
- Support continuous improvement by feeding market and client feedback into product and sales strategy.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical knowledge of industrial processes with experience in B2B technical sales or consulting. You are comfortable engaging with highly technical stakeholders and translating complex data into clear business value.
- Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Production), Agronomy, Chemistry, or related fields.
- Experience in technical B2B sales, technical support, or consulting in complex industrial solutions.
- Strong understanding of grain-based ethanol production processes and industry challenges.
- Ability to interpret technical data and translate it into commercial and operational solutions.
- Experience preparing technical presentations, proposals, and value-based arguments.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools.
- Advanced communication skills, with strong collaboration, proactivity, and autonomy.
- Intermediate to advanced English (technical reading and communication); Spanish is a plus.
