The environment is highly collaborative, mission-driven, and focused on real-world impact.

Accountabilities:
  • Act as a technical advisor during the pre-sales process, designing tailored solutions based on customer requirements and operational environments
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities, develop account strategies, and support acquisition of new customers
  • Deliver technical demonstrations, presentations, and solution value propositions to stakeholders across public safety and investigative organizations
  • Develop technical proposals, including cost-benefit analysis and ROI assessments to support decision-making
  • Engage with customers to understand current and future technical requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
  • Provide technical guidance, training, and knowledge transfer to customer teams to ensure successful solution adoption
  • Liaise with engineering and internal technical teams to ensure accurate solution design and deployment readiness
  • Prepare detailed sales engineering reports analyzing customer needs, trends, and solution performance insights

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
  • 4+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering, systems engineering, or digital forensic investigations
  • Strong knowledge of mobile and computer forensics tools and investigative platforms (e.g., Cellebrite, Oxygen, MSAB, Magnet, Nuix, Palantir)
  • Understanding of investigative workflows, evidence analysis, and documentation processes
  • Solid technical background in Linux and Windows administration, networking fundamentals, and storage systems
  • Familiarity with law enforcement or public safety environments is a strong plus
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with confidence in customer-facing technical discussions
  • Proven ability to build relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Self-starter mindset with strong accountability and ownership of outcomes
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (required)
  • Willingness to travel approximately 60% of the time within the LATAM region

Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation aligned with experience and market standards
  • Opportunity to work on high-impact, mission-driven technology used in global public safety operations
  • Hybrid exposure to technical engineering, customer engagement, and sales strategy
  • Professional growth in a specialized and fast-evolving digital intelligence domain
  • Training and continuous learning opportunities in advanced forensic technologies
  • Collaborative, international work environment
  • Significant field exposure and direct impact on real-world investigative outcomes
  • Equal opportunity and inclusive workplace culture
