This role is designed for a recruiter who wants to go beyond traditional hiring and step into the future of AI-enabled talent acquisition. You will lead full-cycle recruiting for high-impact technical roles across software engineering, data, ML, and product, partnering closely with senior stakeholders and hiring leaders. While driving end-to-end hiring success, you will also learn how to integrate AI into recruiting workflows and help shape next-generation hiring systems. The environment is fast-evolving, product-influenced, and highly collaborative, giving you direct exposure to both clients and internal engineering teams. You will act as a trusted advisor to candidates and hiring managers while developing toward a more strategic, AI-enabled recruiting role. This is a growth-oriented opportunity with a clear progression path toward senior leadership in recruiting and talent innovation.
- Own full-cycle recruiting for mid-to-senior technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and closing candidates across engineering, data, ML, and product functions.
- Partner with hiring managers and senior recruiters on intake sessions, role calibration, hiring strategy, and offer decisions.
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of top technical talent while delivering a high-touch candidate experience.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and client communication under senior guidance, ensuring alignment throughout the hiring process.
- Meet and exceed key recruiting metrics, including pipeline generation, submission rates, and time-to-fill targets.
- Integrate AI-driven tools and workflows into sourcing, screening, and matching activities as part of evolving recruiting processes.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to provide real-world recruiting feedback that informs product development.
- Support emerging client enablement activities, including onboarding and advising enterprise teams on recruiting workflows as the platform evolves.
This role requires hands-on experience in technical recruiting, strong communication skills, and a curiosity for AI-driven innovation in talent acquisition. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where learning and adaptability are key.
- 2–5 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience (agency, in-house, or RPO) with successful hires in engineering, data, ML, or product roles.
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills, including Boolean search, outreach, screening, and pipeline management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders simultaneously with strong organizational discipline.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage passive and senior technical candidates.
- Growth mindset with openness to feedback, iteration, and continuous improvement.
- Genuine interest in AI and willingness to learn how AI tools can enhance recruiting workflows.
- Experience with ATS/CRM systems and familiarity with recruiting tools and automation platforms.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across recruiters, hiring managers, and technical teams.
- Fluent English required; LATAM-based candidates preferred for US time-zone alignment.
- Bonus: experience recruiting for AI/ML or infrastructure roles, or hands-on use of AI tools in recruiting workflows.
- Competitive base salary with commission and performance-based bonus structure.
- Long-term earning potential linked to platform growth and scaling success.
- Clear career progression path toward Principal Technical Recruiter within 18–24 months for strong performers.
- Direct mentorship from senior recruiting leadership and access to ongoing professional development.
- Early exposure to AI-driven recruiting systems and hands-on experience with emerging talent technologies.
- Remote-first work environment with flexibility aligned to US business hours.
- Unlimited paid time off.
- Opportunity to influence product development through direct feedback and collaboration with engineering teams.
- Exposure to enterprise clients and high-growth tech companies across AI, data, and software sectors.
