About the role:

We are seeking a People & Culture Coordinator to support the delivery of our people programs and help build the foundations of a great employee experience.

In this role, you will work closely with our P&C team to coordinate key HR processes, support recruitment activity, and ensure our people operations run smoothly as we scale.

Your responsibilities:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine interest in people.
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms, ATS tools and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, Psychology or a related discipline (desirable).

What we offer:

  • The opportunity to help shape and grow the people function of a company at the forefront of Australian innovation.
  • Collaboration with leaders from aerospace, defence and research backgrounds.
  • A dynamic and supportive culture where your contribution has immediate impact.
  • Participation in our Employee Share Option Plan (ESOP).
  • The chance to make a tangible difference in improving global security outcomes.

If you are motivated by building great workplaces and supporting people in doing their best work, we encourage you to apply — even if you don’t meet every requirement listed.
