Inside Sales Representative in Sudbury, Ontario at Kerr Controls

Kerr Smart Energy is a leading distributor of Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration Equipment, and Supplies. We have an immediate opening for a dynamic, dedicated, and highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Sudbury.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently

• Provide excellent customer service and support both in person and over the phone

• Complete paperwork and order entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Maintain diligent follow-up on customer inquiries and outstanding tasks

• Support customers by helping identify solutions to meet their business needs

• Adhere to safe and efficient work practices

• Assist with general branch operations and provide support to warehouse staff when required

• Participate in technical and professional development training opportunities

Qualifications

• Intermediate computer skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Previous customer service and/or counter sales experience

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong customer-focused attitude with a passion for helping customers succeed

• HVAC product knowledge is considered an asset, but not required

• Flexibility to assist in different areas of the branch as needed

• Must maintain a positive, enthusiastic, and team-oriented attitude
