Job Overview

We are seeking an Application Support Analyst I to join our team in supporting the critical systems that keep our healthcare operations running smoothly. In this role, you will provide frontline technical support, assist in user access management, and help ensure seamless functionality across proprietary and cloud-based applications. You will play a key role in identifying and resolving issues, escalating when necessary, and delivering a strong user experience in a healthcare-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Application Support: Provide timely and effective support to internal and external users for both proprietary and cloud-based applications.
  • Access Management: Assist with account creation, access modifications, and deactivations in alignment with company protocols.
  • Troubleshooting: Resolve technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams, such as Development or Technical Operations.
  • Collaboration: Work with client liaison groups to obtain approvals and complete procedural tasks.
  • Documentation: Maintain up-to-date system documentation, procedures, and knowledge base articles.
  • Desktop Assistance: Offer basic desktop support related to application functionality and user access.
  • Ticket Management: Accurately log, update, and resolve issues in the internal ticketing system, escalating as needed to the Application Support Lead or Manager.
Requirements:

What You Bring

  • Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in healthcare IT support, help desk, or a similar environment
  • Familiarity with healthcare applications and terminology
  • Proficiency with Windows 10 and Microsoft 365
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills across email, phone, and messaging platforms

Bonus points if you have
