Reimbursement Representative in Bolivar, Missouri at Citizens Memorial

Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is hiring a Reimbursement Representative to join our Clinic Central Billing in Bolivar, Missouri — someone who leads with skill, compassion, and a drive to positively impact every patient and family we serve.

Position Details

• Status: Part Time

• Work Shift: Days

• Hours: 8:00a.m- 4:30p.m

What Your Day Looks Like: Clinic Central Billing provides billing and follow-up on CMH clinic accounts.

As a Reimbursement Representative, you will be:

• Performing billing functions related to the clinics

• Managing follow-up on patient accounts and resolving issues to obtain payment.

• Resolving edits in Expanse, SSI, and managing denials from payers

• Utilizing payer websites to obtain claim status and eligibility information

• Resolving credit balances by requesting refunds or adjustments

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Experience: Computer experience, medical billing experience preferred

Skills: Knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT code is preferred

Licensure/Certification: N/A

Physical Requirements: Ability to work at a computer for the majority of the work day
