Pay Rate: $15.50 - $16.25 per hour

12-Hour Shifts Available

Position Summary

Are you experienced in warehouse or production work and able to lift up to 50 lbs.? If so, we want you on our team!

XL Pro Staffing and Consulting is seeking dependable, hardworking individuals for a Palletizer / General Laborer position in a fast-paced beverage production environment.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Operate palletizing equipment on beverage production lines.
2. Ensure proper bottle placement on dunnage and pallets.
3. Monitor product flow to maintain consistent downstream line operations.
4. Assist with material handling and general production duties as needed.
5. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
6. Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.

Qualifications

1. Warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.
2. Ability to consistently lift up to 50 lbs.
3. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
4. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
5. Ability to work 12-hour shifts.
6. Reliable, responsible, and punctual.
7. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.

Schedule Rotation: 3 Days On / 2 Days Off

Day Shifts

A Shift & C Shift

6:45 AM - 7:15 PM

Night Shifts

B Shift & D Shift

6:45 PM - 7:15 AM
