**The Opportunity**

With a base salary of $50,000 plus monthly bonuses, top performers have the potential to earn $55,000 or more per year. And if you have a secure location to park the truck, you can take it home every night — no fighting traffic back to the yard.

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Run your own daily route — managing sales, collecting cores, and keeping customer battery inventory dialed in
- Build strong relationships with customers and make sure every stop exceeds their expectations
- Keep your truck inventory accurate and organized
- Start by riding with an experienced driver to learn the ropes, then graduate to running your own route
- Load out of our Columbia location at least twice a week (304A Nebraska Ave, Columbia MO 65201)

**What We're Looking For**
- Class B CDL required
- 2+ years of route driving experience
- Customer-focused with a genuine desire to go above and beyond
- Physically capable of heavy lifting — this is an active, on-the-move role
- Reliable, organized, and ready to take ownership of your route

**What You'll Earn**
- Base pay: $50,000/year
- Monthly performance bonuses — top earners clear $55,000+
