Quevera is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Modernization Technical Lead with an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph to support programs in Fort Meade, Maryland.

In this role, you will lead the customer's transition of modernized web-based solutions to the WILDANDSTORMY (WANDS) cloud environment. You will support the "lift and shift" of identified web-based solutions, implement multi-regional resiliency, and modernize solutions to leverage serverless capabilities.

You will also plan, integrate, and utilize advanced services, including Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML), to improve efficiencies and effectiveness for the customer.

Work Schedule

  • Primary Work Location: Fort Meade, Maryland.
  • Telework: One (1) day remote per week.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement, and deliver the "lift and shift" of all identified web-based solutions to WANDS.
  • Plan, implement, and deliver multi-regional resiliency for all web-based solutions in WANDS.
  • Plan, implement, and modernize web-based solutions to leverage serverless capabilities.
  • Plan, implement, and utilize new services, including AI/ML, to improve efficiencies and effectiveness.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required.
  • Twenty (20) years of experience performing software development and deployment.
  • Five (5) years of experience with any of the following:
    • JavaScript frameworks, including React, Angular, or Vue.js
    • Django
    • Database query languages, including MySQL and GraphQL
    • Python programming
    • WordPress / Headless WordPress or CMS applications
    • Linux environments
    • Kubernetes and Docker
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline from an accredited college or university.
    • Four (4) years of additional experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
  • Knowledge of cloud computing.
  • Experience developing, deploying, and sustaining software products.
  • Experience leading teams.

Desired Skills:

  • Angular.
  • Django.
  • Linux.
  • Kubernetes and Docker.
  • Cloud subject matter expertise.
  • Knowledge of or experience using cloud services, such as AWS, including AI/ML services.
  • Experience developing, deploying, and sustaining web-based software applications.
  • Experience working cross-organizationally and across multiple platforms.
  • AWS certifications.
  • Ability to refine requirements, provide Level of Effort (LOE) estimates, and estimate costs.
  • Experience using Agentic AI platforms to deliver solutions.
