What You'll Do

• Surface preparation, sanding, masking, and priming; mixing and applying paints and primer
• Inspecting finished products and completing touch-ups; maintaining painting equipment and work area
• Installing and testing wiring and electrical components
• Reading wiring diagrams and blueprints
• Supporting trailer assembly and production processes
• Operating hand tools, power tools, forklifts, and shop equipment safely

What You Bring To The Team

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2-3 years of painting experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
• Basic electrical wiring knowledge
• Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Physical Requirements of the Job

This position requires standing, walking, bending, reaching, gripping, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Work is performed in a production environment with paint materials, tools, equipment, moderate noise levels, and required safety procedures.
