What You'll Do:

• Create and manage daily staff schedules to support resident care needs
• Monitor staffing coverage, including call-offs and schedule changes
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and orientation for clinical team members
• Partner with leadership to maintain appropriate staffing levels
• Support payroll, timekeeping, and scheduling reports
• Maintain accuracy in the scheduling system and staffing data
• Contribute to daily operations and administrative tasks
• Promote strong teamwork, communication, and staff engagement
• Provide occasional hands-on support on the floor to maintain coverage and resident care

What You'll Need:

• Must be 21 years or older
• Minimum of two years of healthcare scheduling experience, required
• Demonstrated technology proficiency, including experience using electronic healthcare scheduling platforms and related systems, preferred
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field, preferred
• Previous CNA experience, preferred
